By accessing or using Reddit Radar (“the Service”), operated by GROW FAST LTD, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Reddit Radar is an AI-powered tool that helps users discover Reddit marketing opportunities and generate draft replies. The Service analyzes products, discovers relevant communities, and assists with content creation.

3. User Responsibilities

Authentic Engagement

You agree to use Reddit Radar for authentic community engagement. You must:

Review and personalize AI-generated content before posting
Follow Reddit's Content Policy and individual subreddit rules
Maintain a healthy warmup-to-plug ratio (we recommend 10:1)
Not use the Service for spam, harassment, or deceptive practices

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate information about your products. Do not use the Service to promote illegal products, make false claims, or deceive consumers.

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Reddit Radar to:

Violate Reddit's Terms of Service or Content Policy
Post spam, unsolicited promotions, or misleading content
Harass, threaten, or defame others
Promote illegal activities or products
Attempt to manipulate Reddit votes or engagement metrics
Create fake accounts or impersonate others
Reverse engineer or attempt to access our systems unauthorized

5. Subscription and Payments

Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

Refunds

We offer refunds within 14 days of your initial purchase if you're not satisfied. Contact jake@grow-fast.co.uk to request a refund.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

6. AI-Generated Content

Reddit Radar uses AI to generate draft replies and analyze content. You acknowledge that:

AI-generated content is a starting point, not final copy
You are responsible for reviewing and editing all content before posting
AI may occasionally produce inaccurate or inappropriate suggestions
You are solely responsible for any content you post to Reddit

7. Intellectual Property

Reddit Radar and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Content you create using our Service (such as product descriptions and generated replies) remains yours. You grant us a license to use this content to provide and improve the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

Reddit Radar is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for:

Actions taken by Reddit based on your posts
Bans, shadowbans, or other account restrictions on Reddit
Loss of business or reputation resulting from Reddit marketing activities
Accuracy of AI-generated content

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GROW FAST LTD, its directors, officers, and employees from any claims arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
