What counts as an AI message?
Each AI operation (product analysis, community discovery, opportunity scan, reply regeneration, post template, follow-up) uses 1 message. Viewing, copying, and editing are free.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period.
What happens if I run out of messages?
You'll see a warning at 80% usage. At 100%, AI operations are paused until your next billing period or you upgrade.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If you're not satisfied within the first 14 days, contact us for a full refund.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards through Stripe.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime from your billing settings. You'll retain access until the end of your billing period.
