Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your email address and password (securely hashed). If you sign up via OAuth, we receive your email and basic profile information from the provider.

Product Information

When you add a product to Reddit Radar, we store the URL you provide and the AI-analyzed content (product name, description, features, scenarios). This information is used to discover relevant communities and generate replies.

Reddit Integration

If you connect your Reddit account for direct posting, we store OAuth tokens securely. We only request permissions necessary for posting comments on your behalf. We never read your private messages or access other Reddit data.

Usage Data

We track which features you use, how many AI operations you perform, and basic analytics to improve our service. We use this data in aggregate and do not sell individual usage data.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security policies. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We use Stripe for payment processing and never store your credit card information directly.

Anthropic (Claude AI) - AI analysis and content generation
Stripe - Payment processing
Reddit API - Fetching public posts and optional posting

Data Retention

We retain your account data as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days. Aggregated, anonymized data may be retained for analytics purposes.
